and upon delivery to the Corporation Counsel of a release approved
by him, Gary Bundy be paid $39.61 out of the Tort Liability Fund
0035-420, in fu11 settlement of his claim for damages sustained
as a result of an accident on December 6, 1971 involving a policeman
while in the performance of his off icial duties.
