Condemn and take an easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills,
including right of removal of latera) support from subject tand or remainder thereof,
occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading and
surfacing with bituminous material and constructing concrete curb and gutter on
Hillwood Court from the Cul-de-sac south of Hillwood Drive to Hillwood Dr. ALSO
construct sewer for storm water puposes. Also construct water service connections.
