PROPOSAL FOR IMPROVEMENT

PRELIMINARY ORDER.
Theunde�edhereby propoeeethemakingofthefollowingpubliaimprovement by the Citq of Saint Psul,vis.:
Open, widen and extend Hillwood Drive from 485' West of McKnight Rd. to McKnight Rd.
by taking and condemning the south 30' of the East 485' of the NE � of the SE �,
Section 11 , Township 28, Range 22. ALSO condemn and take an easement in the land
necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills, inciuding right of removal of tateral
support from subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof
or construction of slopes in the grading and surfacing with bituminous material
and constructing concrete curb and gutter on Hillwood Drive from 485' West of the
centerline of McKnight Rd. to McKnight Rd. ALSO construct sewer for storm water
purposes. ALSO construct water service connections. (G-1999)

RESOLYED, That the Commieaioner of Public Worke be and ie hereby ordered and direoted:
1. To investigate the neceesity for, or deairability of,,the making of eaid improvement.
2. To inveetigate the nature, extent and eatimated coet of said improvement, and the total ooet thereof.
3. To furnieh a plan, profile or eketch of said improvement. •
4. To stste whether or no�esid improvement ie asked for on 4,he petition of three or more ownere.
b. To report upon all of t,he foregoing matters to the Commieeioner of Finanoe.
