WHERF�S, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for payment of overtime work� and
WHFI�EAS� the Commissioner of Public Utilities has
authorized overtime work in his depaxtment durin�° the period
from March 18, 1972 through March 31, 1972; therefore�
be it
RESOLVED� that the proper City Officers are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who performed such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinances A�o.
