every descriptior. will be and the same are hereby revoiced unless said areaways, coal-
holes, trapdoors, tunaels and other underground facilities of every description are
reconstructed by said permittee on or before a date which is 9p days aiter the date
o£ final approval o� this order; and that, further, the Department of Public [aorks,
throu�h its Chi�f �a�ineer, is nereby autnorized and directed to fill in and reMOVe
such areaways, coal-holes, trapdoors, tunnels and other underground faciliti�s of
every description, the perr,iittees of which areaways, coal-holes, trapdoors, tunnels
and other underground facilities of every description fail to reconstruct the same
