between the City of Saint Paul and. the Claud.e M. Anderson 'Elec. Co. ,
said contract for the Electrical Construction of a Traffic Maintenance
Building and. Office Build.ing, and said extra to cover changes for additional
equipment and installations as itemized in Change Order E-1 for the Traffic
Maintenance Building, said work having been requested. by the Commissioner
of Public Works, and. agreement made with the contractor, and a memorandum
of said agreement having been filed with the Comptroller and. countersigned
by him. Charge to CIB 9270-801. Job #71-29.
