RESOLVED, that a net credit in the amount of Two
Hundred Ninety-six Dollars ($296) be allowed under Contract L-7442 between
the City of Saint Paul and. M. A. Mortenson Co. , said. contract for the
General Construction of a Traffic Maintenance Building and Office Building
for the Department of Public Works, and said credit to cover miscellaneous
changes as itemized on Change Order No. 1 for the Traffic Maintenance
Building, said changes having been requested by the Commissioner of Public
Works, and. agreement made with the contractor, and a memorand.um of
said agreement having been filed with the Comptroller and countersigned by
