WHEREAS, An Ordinance, C. F. No. 257816 , granting permission to the
International Institute, Inc. and the Minnesota State Agricultural Society
to use that part of Aldine Street lying between the southerly line of Como
Avenue and a line that is 131.9 feet southerly and parallel to said south
line of Como Avenue, for a needed parking lot by said permittees: has been
prepared and introduced to the Council of the City of St. Paul , and wili -
be adopted on !�_12_� to be effective eventual ly on ��-. �y5, 1972 ; �..
now, therefore, be it
� RESOLVED, That pending the said Ordinance becoming effective, the
Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to issue a
permit to the International Institute, Inc. and the Minnesota State
Agricultural Society for the construction of said improvements sub,ject to
the same conditions and requirements as set out in Ordinance C. F. No. 257816�
pending before the Council of the City of St. Paul , informal approval of
the construction of said improvements being hereby given in anticipation
of the final adoption and approval of said Ordinance.
