WHEREAS� Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for payment for overtime work� and
. WHEREAS� the Commissioner of Public Safety has auth-
orized overtime work in his department (Police)� during the
period from March 4! 1972 to March 17� 1972:
therefore be it
RFSOLVED: That the proper City Officers are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who performed such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinances No. 6446
and No. 3250.
