WHF.RF.AG� the Minnesota Mutual Life Insurance Companq,
by letter dated February 29, 1972, a copy of which is hereto
attached and incorporated herein by reference, pertaining to
the Citq employee pay dependents group life iusurance, policq
Number 2881-G, with said companq, has indicated that the exper-
ience nader the aforesaid emploqee pay group life coverage has
resulted in a dividend accouat balan.ce in the amount of $38,295.46;
and
WHERLAS, the Minnesota Mutual Life Insurauce Company in
said lette= makes a recommendation concurred ia by the Citq�s
Health and Welfare Insurance Committee, that the Citq Gouacil
authorize by reaolution that this amount be paid proportionately
to those persons und�r �aid group who were premium paying inaureJcis
on December 31, 1971 and whv had been coatianously insured for
�• � six months prior to Decembe� 31, 1971, said proportion to be
'�, approgimatelq 48X of annual premi�un paid bq said eligible em}�loyee;
