does hereby approve Operating Agreement between the City and
Independent School District No. 625, whereby the School District
will reimburse the City for services provided to the School
District for the year 1970, and the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement on beha.lf
of the City of Saint Paul.
