WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has heretOfore incurred
costs in connection with the condemnation and demolition of a
two-family dwelling at 1a0� East Robie, described as The West
43 feet of East 139 feet of Lot 1, Block 90, Town of West Saint
Paul; and
WHEREAS, said costs were heretofore confirmed by the
Council of the City of Saint Paul in Resolution, Council File
230723, and a lien therefor was filed by the City Clerk of the
City of Saint Paul in the Office of the Registrar of Titles in
and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, on November 15, 1966, and
recorded in 535 Register of Titles 384, Docuraent No. 505403; and
WHEREAS, such lien, as represented by Comptroller's
Registered Bill No. 4-2724, is in the amount of $799.07 which
amount was paid and satisfied by the owner of said property,
Theodore H. Beckerman, 1123 Grand Avenue, Saint Paul , Minnesota
on June 28, 1971; now, thesefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers of the City of
Sairit Paul are hereby authorized and directed to prepare a
satisfaction of the aforesaid lien, execute the same, and deliver
the original thereof to Theodore H. Beckerman, owner of said
property.
