RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the action
of the Saint Paul Boa.rd of Appeals and Review for the Housin�, Building
and Fire Prevention Codes, at its meeting of March $, 1972, wa.iving the
requirements of Section 54.11 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code that
each dwelling unit be equipped with a wa.ter closet, lava,tory, and bathtub
or shower to permit one apartment and two single roarns to shaxe one
bathroom on the first floor and to permit two apartments and one single
room to shaxe one bathroom on the second floor; and be it
FURTF�R RESOLVED, that said wa.iver be granted until such time as
the property be sold or ar�y other right, title or interest be transferred
at�which time saa.d waiver be nullified; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, tha.t the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to transmit a capy of this resolution to the Ra�msey County Re�ister
of Deeds.
