WHEREAS, a nuisance had existed on the property located
at 169 Genesee (Part of Lot 15 West of a line running North-
easterly at right angles at the South line thereof from a
point thereon 30 feet from Southwest corner of Lot 15, Block
6, Ed Rice's Second Addition) in the City of Saint Paul, and
such nuisance has been abated and removed; and
WHEREAS, the cost o£ the abatement of such nuisance was
$50. 16 and the owner of the aforesaid property is Richard
Hamline; notv, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That Council File 253650, adopted and approved
by the Council of the City of Saint Paul on April 16, 1971 is
hereby rescinded
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officers are hereby
directed to assess this cost against the aforementioned property
owned by Richard Hamline and to correct any errors in easement
that were done pursuant to Council F�.le 253650.
