WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul, acting through its Model
Cities Department, ha.s entered into certain Agreement with
Opportunity Systems, Inc. , for technical assistance and training
in the design and installation o� a total CDA Mana.gement Informa-
tion System; and
WHEREAS� The parties wish to amend the completion date of said
contract; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, Tha.t the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to execute Amendment No. 1 to the above-referenced
Agreement, whicM Amendment No. 1 provides that the Agreement sha.11
be completed no later than the lst day of Ma.y, 1972.

AMENDMENT ��1
WHEREAS, An Operating Agreement has been entered into by and
bei�ween the City of Saint Paul, acting through its Mode1 Cities
DPpartment, hereina.fter referred to as "Mode1 Cities Department'�,
and Opportunity Systems, Inc. , hereinafter referred to as "Agency",
. iahereby Agency was to provide certain technical assistance and
training in the design and installation of a total CDA Ma.nagement
Information System, and Model Cities Department agreed to compen-
sate Agency for such services in an amount not to exceed $4,961.56;
and
WHEREAS, Model Cities Department and Agency desire to amend
said Agreement so as to change the dates for beginning and com-
pletion of the work set forth therein;
NOW, THEREFORE, Model Cities Department and Agency do hereby �
mutually agree that the above-referenced Agreement be and the same
is hereby amended so as to substitute the following for Paragraph
B(1) contained therein:
B. Funding. (�) The Ag�ncy sha11 commence per--
formance of this contract on the 28th day of December,
1971, and sha.11 complete performance no later than the
Ma.
lst day of ��, 1972.
The parties hereto agree that all of the remaining terms and
conditions contained in the above-referenced Agreement shall con-
ti_nue in full force and effect.
