WHEREAS� The Council of the City of Saint Paul by its
resolution, Council File No. 256349� approved November 12� 1971�
vacated a portion at Livingston Avenue; and
WHEREAS! In the description of the portion of Livingston
Avenue so vacated, the distance set forth therein of 961.32 feet is
in error; now� therefore, be it
RESOLVED� Tha.t the description •f the portion of Livingston
Avenue to be vacated� as set forth in resolution� Council File No.
256349, approved November 12� 1971, be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Livingston Avenue from the North line of Wood Street
to a li�ne hereinafter to be designated as Line "A" and
described as follows: Line "A": Commencing at the
�, Northwesterly corner of Lot 7 in Block 170 in said West
� St. Paul Proper; thence Northeasterly and parallel with
o the Southerly line of Plato Avenue� a distance of 143.41
W � feet to the intersection of a 1ine� distant 9 feet�
> � measured at right angles, Southwesterly from the center
� o line of the most Southwesterly parallel yard track of the
a o Chicago Great Western Railway Company (now Chicago and
North Western Railway Company); thence Southeasterly
g ' following a concave curve with a radius of 1635 feet, a

FURTHER RESOLVED� That except as so amended in accordance here-
with� said prior resolution, Council File No. 256349� shall stand and
