WHIIZEAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and prwides f or
payment f or wertime work, and
GI�iEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Utilities has
authorized wertime work in the Water Dept. during the
period from Jan.8,1972 to Jan.21,1972: therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City oFficers are hereby author-
ized to pay the employees who performed such avertime work in
accordance with the pravisions of Ordinances No.6446 and No.
3250. ,
