WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payrr�nt for
overtime work, and �
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Safety has authorized overtime
work in his department (Bureau of Health) during the period from January 8,
1972 to January 21 , 1972: therfore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay
the employees who performed such overtime work in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 5445 and No. 3250.
