'�'�� '�. � - _� OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK ' � ''� COUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE DATF WHEREAS� Board File No. 6792 of Independent School District No. 625 (eopy of which is attaehed hereto and made a part hereof) authorized and directed the proper Di�trict officials to enter into a contraet with Springsted, Incorporated, Fiscal Consultants ; and WHEREAS, the services to be performed by said eonsultant encompass substantially all the serviees previously provided the School District by the City Comptroller; and WHEREAS, Section 1, Subdivision 3 of Chapter 705 , Laws of Minnesota for 1965 reads as follows : "The converted district shall contract with the Gity of Saint Paul �or such facilities as are �ur- nished by the civil service bureau� and unless the board and city governing body each adopt a resolu- tion declaring that a particular function would be most efficiently and effectively handled separately� the board shall contract on a pro rata eost basis with the city for such facilities and serviees as ar� provided by the purchasing departm�nt, comptroller, legal department and election and other services supplied by the city.
