WHEREAS� Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for payment for overtime work� and
WHEREAS� the Commissioner of Public Safety has auth-
�. orized overtime work in his department (Police) during the

period from Dece�ber 25� 1971 to January 7� 1972:
therefore be it
RESOLVEDt That the proper City Officers are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who performed such overtime work
in accordance with the provisions of Ordinances No. 6446 and
I1o. 3250.
