O C RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM

COMMISSIONE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council, by its ordinance No. 148g4,
C. F. 255302, approved August 31� 1971� authorized acquisition
of certain easements over private property deemed necessary for
the improvement of East Maryland Avenue at Jaekson Street
(City Project No. P-0526 B) ; and
WHEREAS, the owner of a portion of the real estate affected
has agreed to convey the necessary easements to the City in
return for the City's performing certain work at no additional
expense to the owner; now, therefore , be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve agreement dated the lst day of November, 1971,
between the Gity of Saint Paul, Reproco, Inc.,� Phillips
Petroleum Company and Bankers Trust. Company, and the Corporation
Counsel is hereby directed to place the said agreement on record
in the proper office of recordatio�..
