COMMISSIONE
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payment for
overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Safety has authorized overtirr�
work in his department (Bureau of Health) during the period from February 5,
1972 to February 18, 1972: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay
the employees who performed such overtime work in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 5445 and No. 3250.
