WHEREAS, Additions which mighfi prove to be necessary in the improvement
described as Grading and Surfacing Concord Terrace - 1970 (Various Streets) ,
Comptroller's Contract 1-7329, �ity Project No. 70-P-0517A, Alexander Construction
Company, Contractor, have been provided for in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following additions:

WHEREAS, the total addition is $6,175.14, and the Commissioner of Public
Works has agreed with the Contractor that the amount of $6,175.14 is correct,
therefore be i t
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the
foregoing additions made in accordance with the Specifications in the sum of �
$6,175.14, said amount to be added to the lump sum consideration named in the
contract, known as Comptrolier's Contract L-732g, and which amount is to be
financed from Urban Ren�wal Bonds R-37•
