as the officers.
At a recent meeting of the Board of Directors� Due
to the death of Frank �,�. Moudry and the resi�nation of Mar�;aret
Moundry, Secret�.ry, the following were elected as officers to

A special . meeting of the Board of Directors af The Apothecary
� Shop, Inc. was held on September 2, 1971 , immediately following the
special meeting of the Shareholders at. the office of the company.
The following directors were present:
Frank J. Moudry .
Margaret F. Moudry
Mr. Frank• J. Moudry reported that the president of the compar�y, -
Mr. Frank W. Moudry, became deceased on August 16, 1971 . He further -
reported that Margaret B. Moudry wished to resign as an officer of the
� corporation. Upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried,
the corporation accepted the resignation of Margaret B. Moudry as
Secretary o:f the corporation to become effective immediately.
� Upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the

� next annual meeting of the Board of Directors or until their successors
