FVHEREAS, The Saint Paul 1�1ode1 Cities First Action Year
Program contains project entitled Community Health Clinic
and identifies the operating agency as Ramsey Action
Program; and
TVHEREAS, the MNPC has adopted its resol•ution recommending
that the Saint Paul Health Bureau act as the operating
agency for this project, and this change requires concux��nce
of the City Council and ths Department of Housing and Urban
Development; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, Th`at the Council o£ the City of Saint Paul concurs
in the resolution of the i�NPC, and the A4ayor is hereby
directsd to submit the change o£ operating agency for the
Comrnunity Health Clinic to the HUD area office and request its
approval to the Saint Pau1 Bureau of Health being the operating
agency.
