RESOLVED:
That the Council hereby grant permission to the
Saint Patrick's Association, Inc., to hold a St. Patrick's
Day parade in the downtown area of Saint Paul on Friday,
March 17, 1972, at 12:00 noon.
The route will be as follows: From Kellogg and
Wabasha; on Wabasha to Ninth Street; Ninth to St. Peter St. ;
St. Peter St. to Maxket; Ma.rket to Fourth Street; and disband
on Market between Fourth and Fif th Streets.
