WHEREAS� Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for payment for overtime work� and
WHEREAS� the Commissioner of Public Safety has auth-
orized overtime work in his department (Police) during the
period from January 22� 1972 to February 4� 1972:

RESOLVEH: That the proper City Officers are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who performed such overtiMe
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinances No. 6446
and AIo. 3250.
