("ImperiaP') has been operating a surface parking lot for daily commuter parkers and event pazkers since 1997 under contract with the City of Saint Paul, and WHEREA5, the City desires to update and extend its operating agreement with Imperial, now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby approves the Operating Agreement in substantially the form submitted, and the Director of the Department of Planning and Economic Development and/or his designees, are hereby authorized to negotiate and agree to any amendments, deletions or revisions to the Operating Agreement prior to its execution which do not substantially change the rights or obiigations of the City or Imperial under the Operaring Agreement.
