WHEREAS, The Ramsey County Engineer has prepared plans, speciai pro-
visions and specifications for the i�provemer�t of a part of Larpenteur Ave.
bordering on the corporate lirnits from the west corporate limits to Dale
St.; and
WHEREAS, Said plans are on file in the office of the Rarasey County
Engineer, St. Paul , Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as
Federal Project EPST 5007 (004), S.A.P. 62-630-17; and
WHEREAS, Said special provisions are on file i� the office of the
Ramsey County Engineer, St. Paul , Minnesota, being �aarked, lab�led and
identified as Federal Project EPST 5007 (004), S.A.P. 62-630-17, which,
together with the Minnesota pepartment of Highways Specifications for High-
way Construction, dated January 1 , 1972, on file in the office of the Caa-
�•�j� a�issioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improve�aent
�r � of Larpenteur Ave. fro�a the West City Limits fo Dale St.; and
WHEREAS, Copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked,
labeled and identified are also on file <in the office of the Commissioner
of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, Tt�sr>h�+������g�i�# �rcvisions't as hereinafter r
used in the body of this resolution shall b� dee�aed and intended t• m�mn,
refer to, and incorporate the pians and special provisions in the fore-
going recitals particularly identified and �escribed.
O NOW, THEN, BE tT RESOLVED, That said plans and special provisions for
the improvement of Larpenteur Ave. from the west corporate limits to Dale
St. bordering the li�its of the City of St. Paul be and hereby are approved.
