directed to execute, on behalf of the City of St. Paul , Addendum to
Agreement between the City and Horner � Shifrin, Inc. said Addendum to
^�� Agreement pertaintng to the furnishing of engineer�ng services to the
(� City Pn connection with the preparation and full complet�on of the City's

A M E N D M E N T N 0. I
The above-entitled Agreement which was authorized by Resolution of the Common
Council of the City of Saint Paul , Council File No. 238140, app�oved April
. 17, 1968, shall remain in full force and effect except as to Pa�e 12, Item
IV B, which reads as follows :
"B. The amount payable to the Consultant by the City under the
terrns of this Agreement shall not e�cceed Thirty Thousand
Doi.lars ($30,000.00) for Phase I nor One Hundred Forty Three
1'housand Dollars ($143,000.00) for Phase ll , provided,
hoti,�ever, that these amounts may be increased by mutual
consent of the parties hereto, by amendment to this Agreement
if full completion of Phase I or Phase II so requires. The
maximum amount p�yable to the Consultant by the City pursuant
to this agreement shall therefore not exceed One Hundred
Seventy Three Thousand Dollars ($173,000.00) unless and until
t��is Agreerr�nt be amended."
