RESOLVED= Tha.t the Council hereby concurs in the action of the
Purcha.sing Committee in the award for Trucking of Voting Machines
and Equipment to and from storage spaces and voting places for the
elections scheduled in the City of Saint Paul� Minnesota� in the
calendar years 1972 and 1973 for the City Clerk, Bureau of Elections
to SPACE CENTER� INCORPORATED for the cost of $30,186.44 in
accordance with specifications� as amended� on Formal Bid ��4894, the
award being ma.de to the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifi-
cations, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to
draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf
of the City of Saint Paul.
