Condemning and taking an easement below elevation 65 feet and above elevation �
35 feet City Datwn, for the purpose of constructing and cnaintaining public aewers '
under, across and through a strip of land 40 feet in width in Lots 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9,
Block 8, Suburban Hills, the centerline of said 40 foot wide atrip of land being a
line 5 feet distant Southwesterly of and parallel with the centerline of Maria Ave-
nue as platted and located Northwesterly of McLean Avenue extended Southeasterly
= across the heretofore described lands.
' Also, condemning and taking an easement belaw elevation 26 feet and above
elevation -4 feet City Datum, for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a
`public sewer, under, across and through a strip of land 40 feet in width in Lot 17,
' Block 15, Suburban Hills, extending from the Southerly line of Mounds Boulevard to
a point 210 feet Southerly of the Northerly line of said Lot 17, the centerline of
said 40 foot wide strip of land being the cenCerline of Urban Place as platted and
located Northerly of Mounds Boulevarci extended South�rly across the heretofore des-
cribed land.
� Also, condemning and taking a permanent easement for the purpose of constructing "
and maintaining a public sewer on, under, ac.ross `and through' a strip of land 40 feet
', in width in Lot 17, Block 15, Suburban Hills, and accretions thereto, ext�nding from

Resolved, That the taking and condemnation of the lands described in the annexed assessment roll,
identified by the signature of the Commissioner of Finance, and made a part hereof, and the awards of
damages to the owners of such lands for said taking and condemnation as set forth in said assessment
roll, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed.
Resolved further, that the said assessment of benefits, be and the same is hereby in all respects
ratified, and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to tne District Court for confirxnation.

That he has fixed and determined the value of the land, lands or easements therein taken and ap-
propriated for the above improvement and the amounts of the awards of damages therefor to the own-
ers thereof, and the persons to whom such awards are payable; that he has also fixed and determined
the amount of benefits to property, from the making of said improvement, not exceeding the cost
thereof, and that attached is an assessment roll entitled as above and identified with the signature of
the undersigned, containing the undersigned's finding on said matters.
