WIiEREAS, Paragraph A-7.1 of the Special Prov�sions for Grading and Paving
LAFAYETTE ROAD from Grove Street to Arch-Penn Highway, Camptroller's Contraet
L-7153, provides for the purposes of en£orcing th� provisions of all guarant��s
incumbent upon the contractor the retention of a reserve amount for the period
of oae year from the date of the final estimate, and
4iHEREAS, The entire physical work on the following contract was cc�pleted
well over one year ago, althc�ugh the one qear period f rom the date of the f inal
estimate has as yet not expired and no amount has been expended by tihe City for
any maintenance repair� thereto, therc�ore be it
RESOLVED, That the reserve amount withheld on the following listed project
be released at this time,
