WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for overtime work, and
WHEREAS, The Clerk of Munieipal Court has authorized
overtime work in his department dwring the period from
January 22, 1972 to February 4, 1972, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Off icials are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who perform sueh overtime
work in accordance wifih the provisions of Ordinance No.
6446 and 3250.
