� hereafter maintain a north-south buried cable crossing 148� west of the
p�� west property line of �s�pto Street crossing under Magnolia Avenue then
west 43' on the north side of Magnolia Avenue then north into private
property.
All work to be in accordance with the attached plans as approved.
The Telephone Company to pay cost of publication incident hereto.
