WHEREAS! Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for payment for overtime work� and
WHEREAS� the Commissioner of Public Safety has auth-
orized overtime work in his department (Police) during the
period from January 8� 1972 to January 21� 1972s
therefore be it
RESOLVED: That the proper City Officers are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who performed such overtime work
in accordance with the provisions of Ordinances No. 6446 and
No. 3250.
