RESOLVED, That pursuant to Section 231.05 of tf�e Saint Paul
L�gisiatiKe Code (as amended by Ordtnance No. 14662, approved December
1 , 1970) pertaining to regulations for the adjusting of searer serv�ce
,�n charges, and upon the �ecortmendatP� of the De�a��tment of Pubtic Works
(�� and approvat of the Bvard of Water Canmissioners, the Council of the
City of Saint Paul dces hereby certtfy that because of partial diversion
of tf�eir total water consumption from the City ot Saint Paul 's Sanitary
Sewer System, the below listed fin� and indtviduais have justifiable
reason for apptication of an adjustment to their 1971 sewer service
charges as levied in accordance wlth Resolution, Council File No. 251415, .
approved Decembep 4, 1970, and be it
FURTHER RESOLbED, That a fn11 or partial refund of 1971 paid sewer
service cha�ges, based upon these adjustments, shall be refunded from
the "Sewe r Se rvice Fund" and shall be in the followPng �nounts:
