WMEREAS, in connection with the installation of certain
traffic signal revisions at Randolph and Victoria, Sixth and Hope,
Cretin and Summit, Seventh and Hope, Seventh and Payne, Seventh,
Randolph and Osceola, Seventh and St. Clair, Seve�th and Lexington
and Seventh Street (Lighting) and,
WHEREAS, the City of Satnt Paut with its own forces and equip-
ment is required to complete this work,now therefore be it
R�SOLVED,that the City Forces proceed with such work at an
estimated cost of $40,600.00 plus Engineering and Inspection costs
of $3544.00 or a total estimated cost of $44,144.00 said work to be
charged to the Permanent Iwprovement Revolving Fund, code 6000 and
this s�ne fund to be reimbarsed as follows:
Minnesota Highway Department Agr. #56757 $13,674.00
Public Works Project Contingency Fund 24,145.00
County Aid - 1971 �,6, '325.00
