WHEREAS, Paragraph 9, Special Provisions for the BROADWAY CLEARWATER SEWER -
E. Fifth St. to Kellogg Blvd. , Comptroller's Contract L-7256, provides for the
purposes of enforcing the provisions of all guarantees incumbent upon the contractor
the retention of a reserve amount for the period of one year from the date of the
Final Estimate, and
WHEREAS, The entire physieal work on the following contract was completed
well over one year ago, although the one year period from the date of the �inal
estimate has as qet not expired and no amount has been eapended by the City for
any maintenance repairs thereto, therefore be it
