Dear Sir:
This is written in response to an application of Sears, Roebuck &
Company for a permit to install a 141-car parking lot on property
located on the north side of Suburban Avenue between White Bear and
Ruth Street. This property is further described by the legal de-
scription on file.
This matter was heard by the Board of Zoning at its December 2, 1971,
public hearing, at which time the staff reported that revised plans
provide the changes requested but also left off some curbing and land-
scaping which appeared on the original plan.
Mr. J. S. Little, representing Sears, said that the revised plans
should show the same curbing and landscaping as the original plans
and authorized the staff to change the revised plan accordingly.
The Board heard a motion to recommend approval subject to the staff's
request for changes. The motion was seconded and carried by a vote
of 5 to 0. .
