� RffiOLVBD, That the City Council hereby concurs in the action o� the
contract Co�nittee in the award of a contract for furnishing all labor, ma-
terials and equipment necessary or incidental to the installation of a GAS-
OIL CONVERSION BURNER in the North steam boiler at the Municipal Garage, 891
North Dale Street,Saint Paul, Minnesota for the Department of Public Works
to NOKTHWBSTERN H$ATING, INCORPORATBD for the contract price of $4,949,00
(Plus 8ngineering and Inspection - $350.00) as a result of Informal Bid
#2523 and �he speci£ications incorporated therein. NOR'1'HWE�TBRN HEATING,
INCORPORATBD being the lowest responsible bidder under the specifications
and the Corporation Counsel is hereby directed to draft the graper farm of
contract and obtain the necessary performance and payment bonds. The proper
City officials are hereby suthorized to execute said contract of the City
of Saint Paul.
