Yn the matter of condemning and taking an underground caaement described
as the area 20 feet either side of a line commencing at the centerline of Maria
at the Westerly property line of Lot 5, Block 8, Suburban HiI1s Addition; thence
across Lots 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of said Block 8 a distance of 230 feet more or less
along the centerline of Maria Avenue ex[ended to the SouCherly property line of
said Lot 9; and limited between the elevations of 52.00 feet and 76.00 feet both
according to the City datum which is 694.1 feet above sea level.

of effectuating the true iritent and purpose of the Council, the prior resolution
of this Council in the nature of a Final Order designated as C.F. 255875, approved
