WHEREAS, on Apri124, 2002, the Council Approved CF# 02-348, vacating City interest in certain
properties, as described in Attachment A of the said CF# 02-348, and approving conveyance of title to the
said properties to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the legal descriptions in the said Attachment A contained an error;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the said CF# 02-348 shall be amended as follows:
Attachment A shall be removed, and shall be replaced by Amended Attactunent A, attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that, except as amended above, all other terms and conditions of the said
CF# 02-348 shall remain in full force and effect.
