WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be nec�ssary in the Improvement
described as the Improvement of NORTH PARK DRIVE from Ruth Street to Winthrop
Street, Comptroller's Contract L-7395, City Project No. 71-G-1950, Robert W.
Moore Company, Contractor, have been provided for in the Specifications, and

WHEREAS, The total 8ddition is $815.98, and the Co�uissioner of Public Works
has agreed with the Contractor that th� amount of $815.98 is the correct sum to be
added to said contract, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the
foregoing additions made in accordance with the Specif ications in the sum of
$815.98, said amount to be added to the lump sum consideratio ed in the
contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L-7395, and which unt is to be
pro-rated and assessed aga3nst the benefited property.
