RESOLVED, 7.'hat the Council of the City of Saint Paul
does hereby approve Amendment No. 1 to that certain agreement
dated June 18, 1971, between the City and the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, whereby
the City, th=ough its Department of Parks and Recreation and
Public Buildings will provide building and housing inspections
in specified development areas in the City and be reimbursed
therefor by the Authority; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, Z'hat the Mayor, Commissioner of Parks
and Recreation and Public Buildings, City Clerk, and Comptroller
are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Amendment No. 1
on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
