WHEREAS, In the matter f Ca�aptroller's Coatract L-7490, City

Pro�ect M-0537, for Orna�ental Lighting Syste� in RIVERVIEW INDUSTRIAL
' " PARK, Hunt Electric Corporation, Contractor, the specified date of
co�pletion is November 15, 1971, and
WHEREAS, The Contractor has prosecuted the work diligently but
it was not possible to complete the contract by said date of completion,

RSSOLVED, That the proper City Officers be and are hexeby authorized
' and directed to execute an amendment to said contract extending the tiae
� of co�pletian to April 15, 1972, provided however, that this resolution
shsll have no force or effect unless the se�reties on the Cantractor's bond
conseat thereto and file such consent ia writing with the City Ca�mptroller,
sud be it
FURTHER RL�SOLVED, That the Citq of Saint Panl hereby waives all claim
for liquidated damages and that no engineering and iaspection costs on
this project will be charged to the Contractor for such eatend�d period.
