WHEREAS, Ordinance No, 3250 authorizes and provides
for overtime work, and
WHEREAS, Z'he Clerk of Municipal Court has authorized
overtime work in his department during the period from
December 25, 1971 to January 7, 1972, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are hereby
authorized to pay the employ�es who perform such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
6446 and 3250.
