WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution, C. F. The interior condition of the building is as follows: The first and second floors have been vandalized. The plaster is falling. Stair treads and the bannister need to be replaced. The plumbing and electrical systems have been vandalized. Fixtures have been removed and broken. The house does not have a central heating system. The cellar window units are rotted and joists are in need of additional support; d. The building in the above condition is beyond reasonable repair; e. The Owners of record are Betty May Swanson, Fletcher Swanson and Midwest Federal Savings and Loan Association. The legal description of the property is Lot 3, Block 8, Holcomb's Add- ition. The building is a one and one-half story frame single family dwelling 23' x 45' with a partial basement. The chimney is deteriorated and needs to be replaced. The as- bestos siding has missing and damaged parts . The rear shed roofing, cornice and sheathing need to be replaced and the front porch structural supports have deteriorated. The subject property has been boarded by the owner since June 30, 19Z2. Inasmuch as the conditions outlined above constitute a public hazard and the o�rner has made no attempt to satisfactorily repair the dam- age despite our warnings, and the continued vacant and boarded up condition contributes a blighting influence on the neighborhood, it is the recommendation of this bureau that this matter be referred to the City Attorney`s office for razing and removal through District Court proceedings.
