In the matter of condemning and talcing an ease�ment in the land necessary for the
slopes, cuts and fi11s, including righC of removal of lateral support fraa sub3ect land
or remaiader thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slop�s in
the grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Block 16, Sylvaa Park
Addition to the City of Saint Paul a�d Fooshe Addition, fram Randolpb Aveaue to
palace Avenue (G-2008),
under Preliminary Order 258535 _, approved Mav 10, 1972 ,
Intermediary Order 259097 , approved �i��l, iQ72 ,
Final Order 259276 , approved .T�+�� 8� 197� .
The Commi�ssioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to�tAe�amount
of damages awarded for the ta,king of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above im-
provement and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property
from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
R,esolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a con-
fixmation of the award of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said as-
sessment of benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the
fifth day of October, 1972 _ , at ten o'clock A.M. and that the Commis-
sioner of Finance be and he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
