In the natter of grading and surfacing with bituminous materi�l the alley
in Block 3, Weed and Halle's Addition from Hazelwood St. to Germain St.
The 6ouncil of the City of St. Paul having received the report of
the Mayor upon the above improvement, and having considered said report,
hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives,
and that the esti.mated cost thereof is $3,970.00
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the Sth
day of n,.r„t,pr� , 1972, at 10:00 o'clock a.m. , in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Buildfng in the City of St.
Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the
manner provided by the Charter, stating the t3.me and place of hearing,
the nature of the i.mprovement aad the total cost thereof as estimated
